Our GSE-99 TPE modifier for super scratch resistance is your solution to have your shoe sole, foam sheet, or shoe components that use DCP crosslink foaming to protect from every brutal force of friction thus provide a super scratch resistance ability that would exceed your expectation.
GSE-99 is a type of Antistatic Thermoplastic Elastomer Resin that can be mixed with different type of plastic materials such as EVA, PE, EPDM and POE. Through injection, extrusion, or foaming, it can create long lasting electrostatic resistance products with enhance abrasion, impact absorption ability and slip resistance properties thus help diversify application and creation of products. Furthermore, it can be easily pigmented which help increases the variability of the final product. GSE-99 can also be use to make rubber-like product with similar texture and hardness and be considered as a Eco-fridendly type of polymer composites.

In order to achieve full physical properties a very small proportion amount of cross link (additive) agent VG-301 will need to be add into your GSE-99 formulation.
This TPE materials can be applied in electronics, sports equipments, shoes, TPR shoe soles, andconsumer products. Or added into masterbatch compound for electrostatic resistance ability. More application recommendation can be TPR sole, sports TPR sole, injection TPR sole, or Yoga mat TPE.
